Lead interaction designer for the Path-To-Purchase team. PTP is responsible for the core shopping path on the E-Commerce client. Involved as early as the requirements/discovery process of the software development life-cycle and was brought in to develop, refine or revise wireframes, mockups and prototypes for mobile, desktop, and tablet. Worked closely with cross-functional teams which included business analysts, product managers and developers to create simple, easy-to-use interfaces.
Redesigned main navigational path for desktop, tablet, and mobile including taxonomy and user flow.
Redesigned new product reviews to increase customer feedback.
Integrated 3rd party platform into shopping path. Vendor specializes in solutions for brands and agencies to monitor, measure, and grow brand engagement. Created a hashtag campaign to engage customers from social media to view or buy products.

Using the parallel testing method, I created three different prototypes and tested on real users at several Crate&Barrel locations.
Identified elements that were working well in the different iterations and merged those findings into one design.
There's no one perfect user interface design this test allowed us to identify what was working and continue to iterate.
